no becauz when i waz 14 i was benching 190.

im 15 i weigh 200 lbs and i bench 175. but then again ive been doing it for a little while. u can raise ure bench press by doing lots and lots of repetitions. like do 75 lbs 20 times. by the time u can do 75lbs 30 times u add more weight. i would say 10 more lbs on each side. do this until u go up to where u want to go.

Bench press 120 pounds.
But it all depends on how much and how long u have been working out. One way to get stronger is to do 5 bench presses of 3 sets. If u know wat I mean. That means raise the bar 5 times once take a 2 minute breake, 5 times again take a 2 minute breake then 5 times again and ur done do that for about one monthe then see what ur max bench press is and u should be alot stronger trust me.
