I would keep it a secret and take it to my grave.
Mankind does not deserve such powers as we are all affected by greed and jealousy.
I would never want to be "THAT type" of immortal
I would never find peace in eternal rest.
Really being immortal is not that great you would have to see your loved ones die and the so called goverment would try to "potentialy-betterize"the formula to eternal life ultimately destroying the world.
I do know the secret to immortality , not of the physical body but of our memory.
I will gladly share it
To be immortal and keep the memory of your life embedded in generations to come you must be a warrior.
A warrior which fights for the good of mankind and and protects the poor or innocent.
There are already some people that are immortal.
M.L.K is immortal because he fought for civil rights not just for black people but people everywhere. He was remembered because he was a kind hearted man who spoke of peace and unity.

Yes, I know you don't want to hear it,but that's why Christians are always trying to tell people about Jesus. This is the path to immortality that Christians are so eager to share with everyone that is willing to listen. Even if I were not speaking about Biblical eternal life, I would want to share the secret of immortality. Why not? If you care about someone, wouldn't you want them to be immortal with you? What's the point of being immortal by yourself?

I would not tell. Nor would I keep the secret. That is, I would forget whatever it is... the world has enough problems as it is. This means I would not try to take advantage of it myself. In the short run, it "sounds nice" to be able to live "forever"... yet... *forever* is a very, very long time. I have enough "unique" traits about myself that I think I would like to be like everyone else in just one way... and that is to die like all things must in time. That keeps me connected, whereas immortality would only create the illusion of "separateness" (as in "unique") that the world already has enough trouble with.

Yes, that means I do not fear death...

And besides... what if death itself is the elixir of life, and is the catalyst that propels one to "immortality"... (no, I am not suicidal, and for anyone that has "triggers" in that realm, please understand that this is not in any way "justifying" such ideation.)

If i knew how to become immortal i wouldn't tell anyone, but i'd be making bets saying that i bet i can do this and not die. it'd be a nice way to make some money on the side.

To be absolutely honest I am not sure, Because the number of people that would or could be killed to gain access to this elixir would or could go into the tens of millions... And the thought that a Hitler or a Mussolini or a Stalin or a George Bush, or any of those other mass murders out there gaining access to this elixir is frightening beyond all belief.... I am not sure that I would not just destroy this formula and just live out my normal life.. You have really asked a good philosophical question. Could I live with the knowledge of the mass destruction this would cause. I really don't know... No I would not tell anyone and I would destroy the formula period.................................................................................
