You need a hero?
Good 80's song by the way! A bit over-the-top.
Yeah heroes can be hard to find.
There's a saying that "all the good ones are taken." This is largely true. Good men get snapped up by girlfriends & wives. Tough to find a single one. I've found one. They are out there.
The best way to find Mr. Right is not to look for him. Just go about your business. Enjoy your hobbies. Get out & do things. You may stumble across someone with the same interests. That's what happened to me. I wasn't looking for Mr. Right but he found me at my favourite bar where I sing each week. He's a fellow musician & songwriter & when we met, it was love at first sight.
You may have to date a lot of lemons before you find someone worthwhile. You may have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. Don't give up hope. Just go out & have fun & meet new people & your street-wise Hercules may be just around the corner.

If you need a hero, who is strong, fast and fresh from a fight, then look no further than your local town or city centre on a fri/sat night.... there are load of fellas, who are strong, fast and fresh from fights.... just pick the one that wins and use your lady charms.
on a more serious note...
There are the others.... They get hud winked and go into hiding, never to be seen again, until one day, there one true love comes knocking at their door and blows them a star dusted kiss, which turns them back into strong, fast, fighting style men.

and doesn't have time to search for you;

I dont know about a god but the good men exist. You just have to look hard enough. They are there. One must also be a little less picky about things. When love strikes, it's when you least expect it. Be patient. He will come.
