I don't know about you, but the fact that all "blacks" working there was very PC. It might offend some people.
And... it all depends on the manager, and what their rules are.

If you think they suck so bad....clue DON'T GO! If you have EVER worked in a Arby's or a Burger King you would understand that the work is very stressful for big chunks of time with few moments in between to clean, organize and get ready for the next rush. Not to mention the myriad of other things that need to be done to run a successful business, like stocking, ordering, scheduling, repair and maintenance....
There is nothing wrong with everyone taking a couple of minutes and relaxing....you don't know what was going on in that store 14 minutes before you got there. Yes, you should not have received any attitude about your order. However why was it so important for you to point out that the crew was black and you are white? Or what size any girl or boy is?

Ok, first of all not all fast food places let they're employees stand around, I work at McDonald's and we have to work our asses off every minute of every day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have to follow every single prodecure every day the right way and just because some owners may not care what they're employees do ,please do not judge other fast food places based on that place. Thats being prejudice also. Arby's dont give a rats *** about what they're food is like ,or how clean they are or if they're employees stand around, but don't judge everyone by what they do

you should put a complaint in the comment box and the managers will start getting on to them when they see that there are alot of complaints that what happened at the McDonalds I worked at A lady complained about my friend who was telling me all about her relationships on front counter while getting this lady's food but I really wasn't listening because I actually do my job and the lady told a manager then the next day everytime someone started talking he said stock and clean or gave someone a order to do and explained about all the complaints from customers

we arent aLLOWED to goof off, its just sometimes we get bored and try to have fun in the slow hours, but it was wrong of them to be rude to yo when you ordered. and i agree with Barbiq 10000%. it does get VERY stressful, it might not seem like it, but once you work it, youll know. just try to imagine yourself in their shoes, standing for hours on end. They have to deal with upset customers, and still keep a smile. They have to clean up discusting messes that people leave on tables. Just try to be a little less impatient with us, because we try REALLY REALLY hard for you :) Thanks.some of the other responses really make me mad too. my point is you dont realize what we do all day long, and who we have to deal with. i had a woman complain that her food didnt look like the picture! its so rediculus. some customers expect us to kiss their asses or something, were only human we can make mistakes. and to the girl that was talkin about the pecans with the salad...they said that becase they arent allowed to do things like that...specail orders and such! its all comany policy its not always the workers fault!!

This has nothing to do with the race or anything, but I;'ve never in all the many years I've walked in an arbrys seen it crowded or even a line and I've always commented how do the stay open.I suppose that they were so slow it was hard to focus on working again

I have had the same thing happened at Wendy's. Oh, but then they DO have THEIR little rules! I asked to have a package of croutons instead of PECANS on my salad and was told I couldn't, because it didn't go went with my salad! Now Wendy's is saying all about how they are for what the customer wants. What BS.

I think it depends on the manager. The younger managers just do not have the experience or knowledge on how to conduct business in a professional manner.

i hate fast food places. the workers are the worst, hence their job working there. stay away from them and spend a few dollars more to eat at a good resturant. by the way, since they were black and you "pissed" them off , who knows what they did to your food.

Are you insinuating that since they were black they didn't want to work?
And usually workers goof off because they can get away with it.
