Great question! I try to smile and greet people regularly. Some people look at you like you just landed from Mars but others appreciate the gesture. Spread love people, spread love.
To answer you question, maybe 30 or so today. I'm not crazy- I swear. They were all the children at my son's daycare!

Only a few. I have been sick and this was my first venture to the outside world in quite a while. Everyone we ran into though was really nice and friendly so it was easy to smile and wish them a Good Day. I sure had one. I've learned to appreciate being around people a whole lot more after seeing only Doctors for so long. Here is a smile for all of you who come here today and May God Bless you all. : )

Oh my gosh, I can't even begin to imagine. At least the 10 people on my team, and several times a day at that. I'm always smiles and hellos. Its habit, but today especially since I got a raise. I keep a plate of chocolate on my desk so people from all over work come by to "steal" candy. I always smile and say hello when they come in.

well I can't count those here at work and I work in a hospital, so I smile a lot. ummmm I would say without including that, I probably came in contact with about 15 to 20 people that I did smile and say hello too.
