(and I want a boy to like me and the uniform looks so ugly and you cant even dye yo hair and cant have tip on yo nails nada just come pure ugly

I take it this boy also goes to the same school, so isn't he also aware of the rules pertaining to uniforms, makeup, hairstyle, all that stuff? If this boy gas half a brain, he will excuse you for however it is you think you fall short because of school regulations.
Perhaps you should try meeting him outside of school, where you are not subject to school rules pertaining to attire.
Just remember that what you look like on the outside pales in comparison to who you are on the inside. I know that sounds corny but, then again, I have been married for several years with three beautiful children.

a guy is gonna like u the way u r so i wouldnt change my style just 4 a guy but i guess if u really want to do that then lipgloss and braclets,necklaces,etc(sorry 4 ya ugly uniform)

can you wear like a Cami under your uniform shirt?
plus if a guy likes you hes gonna not care what u look like hes wearin a uniform to..fosho.

ok i go to a catholic skool 2 and also have ugly uniforms so to make a guy like you just were make up and jewelery especially earrings they always make a girl look prettier and i know we cant wear huge hoop earrings and idk if u can but if u cant just wear them ne ways like when your hairs down or sumtin and necklaces and bracelets but a lot of guys always look at the girls that have short skirts and im not saying to like show your *** but if your skirt is kinda long just roll it a couple of times if you even wear skirts and dont have to tuck your shirts in

try expirimenting with your hair. go to school with a different "do" everyday. Also expieriment with your make-up. try to find the best make up style that works for you and accents your best facial features.

You could make your hair look good. you could put some cute headbands in or u could have your hair in low pigtails with ribbons or something. u could also have some cute earrings on, bracelet, necklace, whatever u can have on.

wear pretty hair styles...can you wear make-up?? if you can then...try mascara and lipgloss. dress your uniform up with accessories like jewelry, if its alowwed.
