Bad things come up then. I have been called ugly in my face and behind my back, i have been called beautiful too.

As a young teen i was asked if i dated anyone, i would say no and people would laugh at me and they wouldn't be surprised. But erm.. I don't know what to believe. I think beauty comes from within really.

Yes, ive been called ugly, but it was when i was in middle school and a little bit in high school. I had braces and was kind of awkward looking anyway. A famous plastic surgeon told me i was absolutely beautiful and so do many other people. However, it's still hard to shake off the bad things people said long ago. But believe me if you google a super models name. Half the forums will be of how hott they are or how theyre "fugly" and have a wierd nose or something. Long story short, you can never please everyone. Just be confident and dont piss people off and people wont say bad stuff about you, unless theyre just truely miserable people!

Yes, Sorry you got that to ! I think real beauty comes from the inside! I have been called ugly when I was growing up! To my face and behind my back! At first it hurt but then I just learned to blow it off! I have been called beautiful too and I sure did like that better!

A few times, and on here as well (and it wasn't a pretty question but a "how can I do my make up" question). I've gotten it when I was younger, but seldomly and I still get it ocassionally now and I'm 23. But I also have gotten and do currently get the complete opposite. Sometimes I just don't understand people... It's happened both with and without make up so I know it's probably just something different about my face :/

Watch that episode of the Twilight Zone called Beauty is in the eye of the beholder....and its true. You probably have a unique beauty, that some people might not understand. But the ones who do will think your something extraordinary. And Im sure you are

kids in school can be so cruel!!! it's horrible really. i've not been called ugly to my face, but i'm sure that i have behind my back!
we can't let what others say effect our lives, it's easier said than done...but, beauty is more than skin deep!!!!

I've been called ugly by someone who looked like a horse...Buck teeth, uni-brow...I think that girl was looking in a mirror.

I have always been able to date whomever I wanted too. Those who might have tried to be generous with their judgements, always turned the women I liked off. Oh well, more for me...

yeah i have but it doesn't matter to me. those types of people have a low self-esteem and no life. they mean nothing to me. as long as you are beautiful on the inside then that is what counts. good luck.
