*I assume you need to expand & simplify the expression.

First: eliminate parenthesis - use Distribution.

-7(8x) - 7(-2y) - 5(-x) - 5(4y)
-56x - (-14y) - (-5x) - 20y
-56x + 14y + 5x - 20y

Sec: combine "like" terms.

-56x + 5x + 14y - 20y
- 51x - 6y

P.S. the expression doesn't need to be factored, unless your teachers asks you to do so.
