I met mine when I moved into the house that we built. I don't think there is any friend in the world like the one that I have in her. she is there no matter what. a few yrs. after my husband died, I hooked up with a guy from my past. I had moved in with my boyfriend for almost 51/2 yrs & wasn't allowed to be with my friends, but stupid me, I love him so I did everything to make him happy. I think I saw my best friend about 8 times in all those years.
I finally woke up and left the jerk. and , ya know, my best friend didn't give up on me for 1 second. how may people like her are in this world ?
we have been friends for almost 34 yrs. and I will always be grateful to her & her husband & my family for not giving up on me.

My all time best friend and I met on the first day of our first summer vaction. We were 6 and she had just moved to town. Her brothers met my brothers and they brought her over to meet me. We talk on e mail mostly now. But when we do see each other it's like it was only yesterday. The end of the school year is here so my very best friend and I have known each other for 41 years now.

i've known my bestfriend for over 15 years and we met at school and have remained BFF. Are you looking for a best friend? You don't have to know someone forever to be best friends sometimes you are forunate to meet new people and it just clicks. Join a group of that shares your similiar interest and it should be easy to remain friends as you share interests already. EASY AS ONE TWO THREE. Mums groups, single and seeking groups, readers clubs, etc.

I met my best friend in the movies she was wearing a John
Lennon's cap and I ask her where she got it.That was back in 1967 and we are still best friends. Did i forget to mention that
( A HARD DAY'S NIGHT) was playing and every female in the movie theater was scearming their heads off me included.

my best friend and i have been friends for about 11 years and were still friends to this day, met in school in the 4th grade but knew each other since kindergarten

I have 2.
My first best friend I met in the summer of kindergarden, it was my friend's birthday and she invited her and we became friends. We still are till this day.
My second best friend I met in first grade she moved away, but we are still friends.

I met my all time best friend in school. she used to help me with my statistics homework and i think that bond remained. we are still friends...so its ongoing.
