It's about time and he needs to be disbarred and he needs to serve jail time as well! One of the men wasn't even at the party of the alleged rape and the jerk still charged him and the other players!

another case of attorney arrogance!!! Has an attorney ever admitted a wrong when he was caught with the hand in the cookie jar!! A lot of people have forgotten that he was running for re-election when he was going hot and heavy to castrate the innocent Dukies

I agree with it. He should have resigned. He caused alot of hurt due to his with holding evidence. He never even spoke to the accuser - never investigated her claims. He ruined lots of lives by this, including the accuser. She was mentally ill and needed help, he just fed into her delusions.

In view of his role in the Duke fiasco, there really isn't anything else he could do. I wonder whether the ethics charges will continue to be pursued, or if a deal has been cut. It will be interesting to watch.

He still needs to be disbarred and prosecuted for wrongful prosecution. And someone needs to get Rev. Al up there to apologize to the entire Duke lacrosse team.

Another wannabe kicked out of the Bar Association....that's what I think....just too many attorneys that think they are right all the time to avoid being proven wrong, even when they know they're wrong.
