It can be given to other fish, but I wouldn't suggest doing it on a regular basis unless the other fish have the same dietary needs. Goldfish are omnivores (eat both plant and animal) and their digestive system is geared toward a cold water environment. Some something which should only get plants OR animal proteins may not be getting a good nutritional balance. As occasional meal, it would be fine.

yes,you can use that type of food for just about any fresh water fish
