Probably around 13 hours. But my cousin who was born with a heart defect used to go out clubbing some weekends (despite the dr saying it wasn't a great idea) and the following weekend she'd sleep from Friday night when she got home from work till Sunday morning at about 10 o'clock. My aunty would be checking on her constantly to make sure she was still breathing. Scary!

That's 31 hours.
