You are shaking because of the wind shaking your house . It's so windy outside don't you think?
I'm on the Northern Beaches and can see the waves, they are huge and I thought my roof was going to get blown off.

One of the following instance has happened recently:
You were in a natural disaster ie earthquake
You are quiting something you are addicted to
You are cold (don't worry, if you have hypothermia you'll stop shaking soon)
You've drank too much caffiene
You've drank too little caffiene
You were violently attacked
You saw the movie "the notebook" and were that moved
I British nanny is holding you
You saw you're grandparents engaged in the tender act of love
A train is going by
You're driving and running over those little safety bumps in the road
Suggestions on how to stop shaking
Move to an Earthquake free area, try the midwest
Don't ever quit your addictions, quitings for losers
Buy a blanket, I suggest wool
Don't ever get attacked, always carry a bat (the winged animal, not a baseball bat)
Avoid the movie the Notebook
If you're old enough to type, you're too old to be held by British nannies
If you saw your grandparents doing the nasty, years of therapy await before you'll stop shaking
Move away from the railroad tracks
Don't type and drive, it's the second leading cause of car crashes
Hope that clears things up

You're just over-panicking and maybe a bit stressed too. I suggest you take a nice cold bath and then lie down for a few. Don't worry too much!! Relax!! ...now breathe in.... and breathe out..... lean back and reeeeelllllaaaaaxxxxx! :)
