i am on the Shot(depo) but my nipples have been really sore the past week, does anyone know why?

I don't think it would be because of depo but you could talk to your doctor about it.

BTW, have you had a bone density check done? After five years of being on depo you need that done since depo screws with the bone health (among other things).
