I think i'm having trouble with my birth control, some help!?

I am 20 and I have 2 kids and I got an iud that works for 5 yrs i thinks its called mirena. I have been bleeding for over a month and my stomach has been cramping is something wrong or could it just be side effects.

Since this is an IUD, you really need to see a gynaecologist to determine if something is wrong or if you're just having a heavy period. I would go now, since you've been having these symptoms for a month already.

so why havent you called the person who inserted the iud?
