That's a pretty vague question.

Do you mean thread pitch, inside diameter, stud length, shoulder height, cone depth, ???

if you are trying to find out to get them off the car, just use sockets until you find the one that fits.

If you want to know so you can get some wheels, then go talk to a rim dealer and they will have the specs your car requires in a book or computer.

Take one off and take down to your local auto parts store. they will will you what size you have. Yes you can safely drive minus one nut.

Torque specifications are in your owner's manual and are about 100 foot pounds max.
