Eat some cheese before you go to sleep- cheddar preferrably. You may encounter the possibility of something like a rollercoaster ride or some scarey thriller though. Do this only if you don't mind scarey movies.

Personnally I only seem to remember dreams if I'm stressed out and the dream I'm experiencing is my subconsious trying to tell me something. This may be a simliar situation for you.

Try giving yourself a suggestion before you sleep that you'll wake up after your dreams and well jot down the details (so keep a notepad and pen nearby).

everybody dreams. it is the minds way of filing away and making sense of the day they have had, the problems they encountered and the experiences they have dealt with or need to deal with. you dream you just don't remember them but absolutely EVERYONE dreams. It is during REM or rapid eye movement that you dream and as you come in and out of sleep you tend to remember dreams more. Even fleeting little ones. The reason you don't remember them is because they are not actual experiences significant to you they will fade as your body pumps chemicals through you to get you awake and alert. It's almost like your body washes away your sleep as it wakes you up!

You usually remember your dreams if you wake up naturally, not to an alarm clock. Many dreams occur just before you wake up. If you attempt to recall a dream immediately upon waking, you're more likely to remember them. Then write them down if you can or just go over the dream in your head, that's pretty much what I do. I remember most of my dreams when I wake up.

Simple procedure first 1cheese sandwich with a glass of warm (not hot) milk second go to bed with a book on the subject you want to dream about and as soon as you're eyes start to droop put the book away lie down with the light out and go over in your mind what you've read. It sound's silly I know but trust me it works I know.

Well idk but whenever I have dreams they are about things that I was wondering about the day before and never got the answer to. Like once I was thinking about chicks since my school offers a class where they are involved in something with the chicks (idk what) and i drempt about a giant chicken that night.
I dont know if that helps at all, but there you go. Dreams are supposed to be one of the few things not understood about the world.
