we have all numbers off engine and off of cowl tag and VIN

If your block is stamped with a partial VIN, you should be able to find it on the driver's side. If the numbers stamped there do not appear to be a VIN it may only have a block stamp. Sites like http://www.mortec.com can help you decode them.

The VIN number in the engine should match the vin number on the dash or body of the car
