how do you drain the fresh water tank on 2003 VW Eurovan Camper/ Winnebago?

is there a drain plug?, and how many gallons of fresh water will it hold?

Yes, there is a drain plug.
Generaly it's on one end on the side of the tank.(near the bottom)
Not directly on the bottom.

Sorry though, I don't know how much it holds. 40 - 70 gallons??

Take off the little black grate closest to the back seat under the rear bed and there is a valve handle you turn to drain. It holds approx 16 gallons.
