I posted a question an hour ago about why kids grow up straight if they are brought up right. It was in response to a reverse question as to why kids grow up gay if they are brought up right. A question raised by someone else, which I thought was really stupid, so I asked mine to make a point. But the responses I got showed that the people didn't read the entire question and thought I was being against gay people, which would be rather odd since I'm gay myself.

Lol, I guess thats just how some people on here are Dave. I agree, it IS pretty annoying when people refuse to read the whole question and then get offended because they've interpreted your intent wrong, but what can we do? Lazy people will be lazy people. And a big percentage of people on here only answer questions to get points, and dont really care about the question. It's disapointing, but oh well, it's inevitable. Loves,

People assume things. They figure if they read the question that is good enough and they don't have time to read the full paragraph underneath it. Which is not because they don't have time but really is due to laziness. Many times I have trouble shortening what I have to say and I have found I get very few response when it's a long message.

It happens. Much like why people don't clean up after themselves in the office kitchen. I've learned to keep my questions as succinct as possible, which is a bit of an art all its own.

People just don't take the time...or perhaps the question just doesn't register with them. For better results, ask shorter questions. More than 10-15 words, and you've gone beyond the average respondent's attention span.

Ha.

I read it.

Which is why I gave the answer I did. You were lowering yourself to the standards of the trolls, and it's not something I would have done, personally.

sorry you were misunderstood. some people don't even read the "suggested category" and end up submitting questions like "what is this bug on my dog's toe?" to the lgbt section.
