We believe in Democracy. Hamas won the elections. Deal with Hamas. We believe in a 2 state solution. Negotiate it with Hamas. The U.N. had no right to steal Palestinian land and hand it to a bunch of Europeans (Jews). Stop demanding that Hamas recognize the legality of Israel. It's there, it will continue to be there, but it was created illegally.

Hamas took over Gaza via rigidity from Fatah. Hamas had extra gunmen. The West financial business enterprise remains below the administration of Fatah. the two are terrorist businesses, yet Hamas is extra radical.

That is a very difficult question..... America has lost many opportunities in the Middle East in the 1990s and we are now much disliked in the region. We could play the part as the manager of peace which would be essential to the success of any settlement --and because only we could push Israel into doing anything. I doubt Israel wants peace- because they do not want to give up land- and nor do the Washington Neocons.
I think America should see that its interests- as the world's only superpower- are not necessarily the same as Israel's.
It will be a constant struggle for power from all sides.

Fatah will probably lose all control of the West Bank.

Leave them alone, we have done enough damage already:
1) Aren't we and Israel and the EU who punished all the Palestinian People for their democratic choice of government when they elected Hamas to power by cutting funds and aid?
2) Aren't we and Israel and the EU who did not help Abbas (since we call him a moderate leader) and di not give him any support.
3) Isn't Israel the one who kept on confiscating land, destroying economy, closed their cities and trying to build the great wall to put them in a big prison?
4) Aren't the Israeli Settlers who are controlling the streets and the fields and preventing the Palestinians from going to cultivate their produce, and kill any Palestinian who does so
5) Aren't the Israeli Check Points who killed pregnant women by preventing them from crossing to hospitals, killed elderly men and women by denying them a descent medical help, killed infants who couldn't reach to hospitals and health care facilities
6) Aren't we, Israel and the EU who did not give them any hope that there is a good future for their kids to live and learn in prosperity
