If she is human enough, yes she should abide law and be in jail like anyone else who has committed similar offense. Its sad that some people hype everything about Paris and think that she should be treated differently, which is why she never learnt to respect the law of the land. Hope this loneliness would let her reflect on herself. This would probably be the best lesson in her life.

Yes, because if you or I did what she did, we'd have gone to jail right away. We'd probably have done the entire 45 days. Plus we'd have gotten a DUI, so yes, she should have gone to jail. She is no one special, just because daddy has money, it doesn't make her any more special than any one else.
We all need to pay for our mistakes, so why not her too!
BTW: I don't hate her, I don't even know her. But, I believe that it should be equal for all when we break the law, that is what is fair. If we do wrong we all get punished, so then it is no different for her. No exceptions for any one, that's how it needs to be. So that you can not accuse some one of hating her just because we see that she broke the law and think that she should be punished for her crimes, just as we'd be if we did what she did.

i love how everyone hates on paris hilton, i mean but yourself in her pos. but oh well i love her show the simple life, so i have nothing against paris hilton, but i mean what she did was wrong but her being in jail means they can do stuff to her food, and all that stuff! i think that she should have to pay a major fine, and do lots of community service, considering she did endanger the public, so she should give back not just sit there and eat crappy food

yes i do think she should be in jail and treated just like anybody else..she didnt think of the damage she could have caused someone when she was drinking and driving and all the other dumb things that she has done..i think its about time that all these celebs start paying the price just like the rest of us do..

Yes, she is one person like all of us, and should be treated equally, even if she is a celebrity. She did the crime, and she needs to do the time, just like anyone else would have too.

Yes. She could've killed somebody. She definently deserves and why shouldn't she be in jail. By the way she's not in jail she's in prison. Don't you think she should be?

Yes because it doesnt matter if she is rich or if she has a medical condition she did something illegal and deserves to spend her full sentence. Even the judge said she WILL serve the full sentence.
