Today, gold is worth a little more than $654 an ounce.

The price changes every day.

hi honey, fools gold is worth something too. it is also called pyrite and is used in jewelry sometimes. Its also used to make marcasite, which sparkles like diamonds!

Mixed pyrite nuggets, tumbled, approx. 15-20mm. (Natural) Pkg of 1/2-pound are selling on a website for $10.38

The worth of gold depends on how much it weighs. the measurement is usually called a troy ounce..One troy ounce = 31.1 grams. It changes everyday. Last Friday's market price was $653.10, so if you had a tiny piece, it might be worth alot!!
