my computer doesn't meet minimum system requirements for a game.
It has a Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller 64 Mb video card and the minimum is a 64mb vidoe card with hardware pixel and vertex shaders or GeForce 3, Radeon 8500 or better. is the video card not good enough. thats the only thing that im not sure about.

Correct...Your Graphics card isn't good enough...
I have and Intel 845GRG mobo as well (x4 agp slot like yours)...it won't run those graphics card at all...so you're screwed until you update the cpu, power supply, mobo, memory, and vidcard...in otherwords you need a new computer to run that game...
If you want to overclock your Bus, CPU & memory speeds let me know...I'm able to overclock my CPU from 2.4Ghz to 2.67Ghz & increase the FSB on the mobo from 533Mhz to 594Mhz & Memory from 133Mhz to148Mhz (13% increase in over all performance) on a locked bios... ;-)
I also overclock my ATi agp 9550 card too from 250/200 to 465/250 Mhz.

well if your card is 64mb and so is the requirement, then you just need to find out if your card has texturing/shading open gl stuff you need, it should say, but I would guess it probably does, unless it's really old.
I would be more concerned about having enough RAM to play the game

nicely, any laptop nicely worth its weight in salt could have the skill to run that pastime. Very low standards. yet, as to updating it? ought to you furnish further archives on that bit? you would be able to easily could placed in a patch. And if it fairly is the case, an basic google seek could pull one up.
