Elias David

Roman David
Roman Xavier
Girls:
Mila Consuelo
Sophia Michele
*Consuelo and Xavier are family names*

It depends what kind of name you're going for.
With the boys, Elias is more a cute, boyish name. While Roman is a more exotic, manly name.
I personally like Elias, better, with Elias David my preference, but i also really like Roman, and i think Roman Xavier would be great seeing it is a family name. It'll have special meaning for your son when he's older.
With the girls, they are more similar names, but there are still some differences. Sophia and/or Sophie is becoming an increasingly popular name, while Mila is less common. But i've heard alot of accounts of Mila being very commonly mis pronounced. Personally, i like Sophia better, but i think Mila Consuelo is lovely, and especially nice since it has that sentimental meaning.

I don't really like your guy names but I love your girl names. First, look up what each of those names mean. That could help you in deciding which ones to pick. Like Consuelo means comfort in spanish which is a nice meaning. I can't decide between your girl names but for the guys I have to say Roman Xavier. It sounds pretty cool. But I think Xavier John sounds better. Oh, and if your pregnant and naming your future baby congragulations!

have u thought of Xavier John? Thats nice too :) Xavier really is my favorite name, but going with what you have I would pick Roman Xavier or Mila Consuelo especially since they have meanings behind them that make them even more special

Definately my favorite out of them all. Elias is kinda hard to pronouce, and Roman is really cute. Also go with the family names if you have nice ones to use. Unfortunately I don't have really great ones...lol...Lynwood, Gerald, Glennis, Earl, Jeanette, see what I'm saying...lol...anway...Roman Xavier is really nice sounding and Mila is adorable. I don't think I have every heard of it before this. But really cute. Mila Consuelo is really cute. Good luck!
