I've found that the following tricks work for me, but keep in mind that everyone is different!

1. Heat your eyelash curler

I don't know how well I can explain this but:
Try tilting your head back and applying mascara especially on the tips of your eyelashes. I use Rimmel mascara with Lycra in it...it really works!! :P I already have long eyelashes but that makes them super long. As for thickness, try doing another coat or two? Just don't overdue it please.
