I wouldn't rely on just that one time. I would try again tomorrow. Don't have sex tonight. You don't want to minimize the amount of his stuff. The more the better. Lay in bed for a while after sex. And keep trying even every 2-3 days. Start taking prenatal vitamins now! And stay away from caffeine. I miscarried once before I got pregnant with my second and now I am pregnant with my third, so it is possible you just have to be so careful with what you put into your body and the amount of physical activites. Have you talked to your doctor about why you miscarried? Is it a condition or was it just something that happened? Sorry to hear for your losses I know how hard it was for me too. Tell your doctor your concern. They will give you advice as well. Hope everything works out. Children are a blessing. Hope you get pregnant! Good luck hun.

i am very sorry for your loss, i have suffered 1 miscariage at 3 months, 1 very ealry miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy which lead to miscarriage. so i know how it feels, having children is what my calling is i truly think so i was devistated. if you havent already, start taking folic acid, if you arent pregnant it wont do you any harm, if you are, its best to get it in your system so that you cut your chances of miscarriage right down. and seeing as you ovulated the same day you had sex, there is a good chance of pregnancy, though please dont get your hopes up, i know, its very hard i do it all the time. the odds are good for you to get pregnent, providing you got checked over properly after both your miscarriages and that your dr checked for infection. take a pregnancy test when your period is late, if its negtive, or, GOD FORBID you miscarry again, see ypur doctor and also try these tips on TTC
pre conception
-excersise more, go for bike rides, swimming, walking.
-take pre-pregnancy suppliments, folic acid, (vitamin B9)
conception
-know your cycle, test your waking temp each day, track your perionds etc
-make love, frequently in the first half of your cycle
-whatch your diet, make it well balanced and varied
-get fit, exercise more regularly, at least 3 sessions of 20 mins a week.
- cut out toxins, alchol, cigerettes, recreational drugs
-watch your partners health too
-relax, this can be a stressful time for both of you so make sure when making love you ARE making LOVE not just a baby.
good luck

WOW --- please take this in a positive way - if you are so fixated and stressed on getting pregnant it will decrease your chances.... relax... and if you miss your period - then jump to the conclusion that you MIGHT be pregnant. you are so setting yourself up for heart brake - every time you get your period and are not pregnant it will add to the stress and disappointment - it will also take it's tole on your relationship eventually --- Oh i know it's just so easy to say - RELAX... it will happen --- but really - the day after you had sex - hell - the sperm may still fertilize that egg anytime in the next 2 days--- give them and you a break - give it a few weeks - let your monthly pass then check
Good luck to you and - yeah i know from personal experience after a miscarriage the want is so much stronger. but you cant let the stress defeat you at what you are trying to achieve.

Ok...so you had sex yesterday...do not have sex tonight...you'll need to have sex again tomorrow. Stay off cokes and just drink water for the next 5 days. I know this sounds crazy...but it works.
When you ovulate the egg stays in the fallobian tubes for up to 3 days. So today is Friday...have sex Saturday...then again on Monday. This should work. Also stay in bed with your legs up...stay in a fetal position for about 15 minutes. Do not get up!!
Good Luck.

If you had sex on the day you ovulated, you would have about a 20% chance of conceiving. Although it doesn't sound like a lot, I think it's the highest percentage rate you can have. Check out http://www.thepregnancytest.com/.
