Things always look different to another pair of eyes. I would love it if you dropped by and told me what you think:

I would love you for doing this for me. :D

Thanks everyone for all the input and for speaking as you feel about my work. There were many things that people noticed that I've already seen myself. I know I'm a bit sloppy but I'm kind of just starting out and what I do is no more than an oversized doodle usually. And I don't do pencil. Perhaps that's something I should try a bit. The titles were just given to them yesterday to these previously unnamed drawings

Since you are so desperate as to beg for criticism, I will save you the trouble.

Your work is terrible and lacks focus. it is juvenile, flippant and irrelevant. I you put that on the outside of a building you'd be arrested for defacing property. I've wiped better looking things off the bottom of my shoe. I'd get better results from changing my kid's diaper.

Etc, etc, etc.

You may pay me my standard critique fee by check or money order.

You have GREAT ideas, no doubt. But your technique is a little sloppy. It would be tons better if your lines were a bit more perfected and distinct. Also there were a couple of pieces in there that may have been a little too plain and unoriginal (i.e the sunset). Some of them lacked depth and thought. But overall, they aren't too bad. Your main problem that you should try and focus on is sloppiness.

You might try doing something that we used to do back in art class. You take a marker with your writing hand and make some sort of a shape with your other hand (i.e a peace sign or an 'i love you' sign or a thumbs up) then draw it WITHOUT looking down at the paper. It will make you a much better drawer.

Also when working with the black and white images, you might want to make a 'value scale' with the charcoal of your pencil so that you know how dark or how light to actually make that part in your picture.

Good luck!

You're not going to like this response as it differs from all of the others but to be frank, your art is juvenile. Although I do not know your age, it take years to develop a style and from what I saw, you already have one shaping but the techniques are what you must learn. You art is sloppy, lacking confinement in the lines which eradicates any motion that is necessary for a visually appealing piece. You do have potential but so doesn't a 5 year old child who fingerpaints.

hey thanks for letting me critique your work, yo.

Personally; I liked it. B'then again maybe i'm just liking it because I'm an Aquarius and I like angular geometric shapes!

No, I dig it.

I wouldn't mind seeing your work in one of those art exhibits where the walls are white and the floors and furniture are the same color white, and all the people are wearing white uniforms that don't have collars on them.

And the lightbulbs in the room are xenon blue and reflecting off the ceiling.

It seems a bit too "theme-y" for me. Seems like you haven't quite found your style or point of view yet.

A couple look like wanna-be MC Escher and wanna-be Salvador Dali.

The titles with the pix are a disconnect on some.

Wow!! I typically don't like abstract (if your work falls in that category), but I really like what you've done. I'm pretty much a pencil/gravite artist and REALLY like your pencil drawings. Very cool.

Your work is both inspired and inspiring...in spite of your self-deprecating comments on your blog page. Keep up the great work. Maybe one day I'll muster the courage to show you mine.

Your work is very intriguing and different, which is great. I love your color pieces, because the detail is outstanding. I also think your piece "Bending the World" is very surreal. You're great!

You add colors well together. You can also learn about different colors and how they contradict each other and how they play well together. I say you should keep doing what you are doing. Your shapes and curves are done well.
