Rudy does not have anything to do with ferrets. The NYC department of health decided that ferrets were animals not suited to be in NYC. It is weird that they did this. However, I doubt Rudy issued the command from his desk. He had better things to worry about when he was in office. I am sure he does not care about ferrets at all.

Yes, he personally added "ferrets" to a list of animals that are banned in NYC.
