A good quick fix is a tube of "aluma seal" it works but follow the directions. It can last from a month to a year. But the proper fix is to get it welded at a local radiator shop. By the way, save yourself a ton of money and pull it out yourself, deliver it and have them weld and pressure check it. Then re install it yourself. Think of it as penance for a dumb mistake. (not that I ever did anything like that) LOL

Walk to your nearest auto supply store and get some hole repair stuff. Just ask the nice person behind the counter about your issue.

it will need repaired. you are not going to drive that car very far like that. I've seen jbweld and various products seal a leak, but not one as big as a drill bit. Like the guy above me said if the radiotor is steel, it can be repaired, aluminum, it needs replaced.

D'OH!!!!!! your radiator is part of a pressurized system. try to seal it with some cold-weld epoxy (drain the radiator and don't let any epoxy drip inside- then don't re-fill 'til dry and set 'cause radiators get hot) if it doesn't work, no loss- you needed a new one anyway

get some JB weld and follow the directions closely and it will work for you if it is leaking. You will have to drain the radiator to do it.

If the radiator is copper, it can be welded. If it is aluminum, you will need a new one.
