Everyone knows she is a socialist, the really scary thing is how many uneducated, unthinking people in this country actually think that is a GOOD thing.

I am an independent so I don't vote for a party I vote for a person. I don't like Mrs. Clinton but it goes way beyond her being a "Socialist" she has repeatedly lied to America and the American People. She said a few years ago it takes a village to raise a child, I'll be darned My wife and I raised our children and we did a darn fine job of it. It doesn't take a village it takes parenting some one should have told her that then. If there is any question about, "How Well My Children Turned Out," I will give you a quick thumb nail sketch of them all graduated from High School and attended college, One works in the finance industry, the other is a MD Boarded X2 and a professor in child neurology and no we are not rich. Democracy ends when a person is able to vote themselves a pay raise. Mrs. Clinton would prefer that everyone be on the dole, this would insure her being elected, but would also be the death of this nation. democracy normally last about 200 years and now we are at 230 years

What is amazing is how the MSM has brainwashed AMericans into thinking socialism is okay?
As my friend McMurphy says, how do you eat an elephant, one bite at a time.
This destruction of our country has been going on since FDR, the commie.
The democratic party is just now being more open about it, their socialist agenda. Pelosi and the progressive caucus have a direct relationship with the international socialist organization. This was the first clue that they believe the takeover is complete.
If they can more seats in Congress you can kiss your constitution good bye.

Hillary Clinton is a moderate Democrat masquerading as a liberal Democrat. Why are all you conservatives so threatened by Hillary? She was born into a Republican family and is centrist on many issues.

I really don't think there are as many people taken in by her as we think. I think she is a legend in her own mind and if I hear one more person tell me I should vote for her because she is a woman, I will choke!
Yes, I am a woman and she isn't the one to set standards or run the country for that matter.

I find it amazing that those who keep calling her a socialist have no clue what a real socialist is, but it sounds good, so they keep doing it. You all sound like a bunch of rabid parrots when you start with the whole "socialist" thing. First it was just Hillary that got called one, now it's all Democrats. You all seem to jump between calling them socialists, communists, and Marxists - mostly because none of you seem to have a clue about the differences and how to apply them. Why can't any of you who do this think for yourselves?

Well, it's apparent we think the same thing about each other, I too think you leave complete conservative talking point drivel in almost every answer I read of yours. You don't even know what you are talking about when it comes to what she wants to do with the oil companies. She wants to force them to use their excess profits - not affecting any stockholders - to actually contribute to researching alternative sources of fuel. Rather than what they do now, which is spend that money to make commercials that inform us how concerned they are about the environment and giving themselves pats on the back for backing a project here and there that isn't going to solve anything. They live and breathe from our dependence on their oil, do you really believe they aren't going to do everything they can to avoid REALLY looking for alternative fuel sources? If so, I have a bridge that needs selling. Our history and form of government is full of examples of socialist principles that we have adapted to capitalism. If I thought you really gave a damn I'd go into some of them, but you don't and I've taken up enough room here.

Well we're on what, our fourth or fifth generation of people since the nanny state (New Deal) was created? Unfortunately, it's gotten to the point where when Hillary says "I will take their profits" far too many people think that is normal and proper.
Tyranny happens a little bit at a time.

I think a more valid question would be whether or not anyone really understands what socialism is, what it's roots are, and it's ultimate outcome. The problem is that we send our kids to public schools for 13 years (longer with preschool and head start) of their lives. While there, they are taught the beliefs and "morals" of our increasingly socialist government, instead of being taught logic and how to think things through for themselves.

true, but the democratic party is fast becoming socialist as well, so she just blends in.
just think in a few years, when socialism takes over, I can quit my high paying engineering job and go work part time at McDonalds, I won't contribute as much to the national economy but I can make the same amount of money without having to use my brain.
