And Mike Nifong has resigned from District Attorney don't you think the 'stripper' who willingly and knowingly falsly accused the players of rape be tried for perjury?
Shouldn't she be held accountable for breaking the law by lying on the stand and making up stories just so she could inprison some upper class white males?
Even Bill Clinton who was President of the United States paid the ultimate price for lying on the stand.
So shouldn't someone who'se a mere stripper be held to the same standards of the law as the President?
What are your thoughts on this matter?

Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson should have to answer for what they did as well.
They joined together in a witch hunt against three white males just so they could see them fry.
And they also created racial hatred towards whites by blacks for all of the hateful speeches they made regarding this trial.
Now that the truth is out about what really happened should all three of them get away with it?
Should the stripper,Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson just ride off into the sun set as if nothing ever happened?
Or should THEY be put on trial to answer for the crimes they committed?
Because they did break the law by what they tried to do and the conduct they displayed towards the case in question.

So because of Political Correctness she should just get away with it?
People are actually afraid of going after her because of what others will think?
So does this mean because of Political Correctness this sort of thing could happen again and no one will have anything to fear if their caught lying while giving false testimony in a court of law just to deliberately ruin someone's life?
If this is situation is not brought to justice it will always be the reason others use to excuse some such similar behavior.

If she is not sane and it can be proven that she isn't then she should have her children taken away from her and she should be placed into a mental hospital for the criminally insane.
If she is found to be faking her insanity to escape being brought to justice she should then have the book thrown at her to the fullest extent of the law.
Either way she should have to pay for what she has done.

I think anyone who falsly accuses someone of a crime against themselves out of malicious misconduct should be tried as a criminal themselves for breaking the law.
Even if it's a white girl falsly accusing a black man of rape she should also have to pay the price for doing so.
Or if it's a white girl falsly accusing a white guy it really doesn't matter what the race is what matters is that a crime was committed to ruin someone elses life and the person who is caught doing this to someone else should be put in prison instead.

I agree with u. I think she should be held accountable for slander, malicious intent to destroy innocent peoples lives, etc and pay restitution for every penny spent in this MOCK situation she created. Absolutely!

Boy race in America is something to behold. How many men of all colors have went to prison because they were falsely accused have you seen any of the women do time or been charge with perjury? This is not the first case of this kind nor will it be the last. One guy just got out from prison he had done 22yrs But DNA prove that they had the wrong man. The lady said he did it but he did not do it. So he lost 22Yrs of his life. why was that she was white he was black. Yes by all means lets retry all the case where you have mistaken I.D. and lets give them 10yrs in jail fair is fair/.

Mike Nifong deserves to be punished for listening to an emotionally unbalanced and mentally incompetent woman. To do what she did is insanity. Nifong, who is supposedly considered brilliant, didn't think through the case and the woman's emotionally unstable condition. Nifong deserves to take the big fall for this miscarriage of justice. As far as the woman, if she could be proven sane, then prosecute her for perjury, giving false testimony, among other charges. Yet she needs first to be proven sane.

She absolutely should be, and I would be shocked if she actually is. The powers that be will be too worried about the PC implications of such a prosecution and will hide behind the skirt of some procedural nonsense.
Political correctness kills again, this time justice in the Duke rape case.

Sure, in theory, ALL criminals should be prosecuted, but it is usually at the complete discretion of the D.A. or AG or US Attorney whether to bring charges. Chances are good there has been enough press to choke any appetite for further ado.

I think she should be nailed to the wall! Making that kind of accusation is beyond doing some damage to someones ego. It's something those guys will have to deal with the rest of their lives. I'll have to check, but I would hope the new D.A. is going to pile the charges so high against that lady that she'll never see the light of day.

Sharpton will be right there with her. Remember he would not apologize to the Duke players for calling them "Guilty Rapists" even after she admitted she lied.
If Paris goes to Jail for a probation violation, Perjury should also be prosecuted.

I agree, but given all the bad publicity and the ruined career of the current District Attorney, I really doubt the next D.A. will have the will or desire to put her on trial, even though she deserves it.

Perhaps she should. But then Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson will immediately start complaining about whatever.

Criminal charges, yes, but they should also hammer her (and Duke University) in civil court. The players' lawyers will have a field day!
