1)Change your phone number
2) If that doesn't work, get a call blocking device. There's a good one available for about $90 at http://www.digitone.com

Couple things: KEEP the recordings and take them with you to the police dept there, file a report, let them hear the recordings and they will handle the rest. It probably will be a restraining order. They should serve him with that paper. If that does not work, u should change ur number, make it unlisted and I know its a hassle, but its better than him doing what he is doing. Good Luck!

She has her problems to deal with and you don't need to be dragged into it. In front of everyone, the next time she says or makes up things you did to her, say it to her face. It is over between us, and you need to stop because your problems are not mine. Then say and stop with calling me names, because I respect you enough to not call you that. Okay with your friends, as soon as she comes close when you guys are talking move away and walk away together. Don't feel bad because she set herself up for this. Lastly, it is NOT your fault and she is taking it out all her personal issues on you. You moved on and she hasn't at all. She is messing with your head and it is working because you are letting her. Now be confident in yourself, and even if she cries or anything walk away. You don't need this because once you stand up against her, she can't affect you anymore.

Changing your number is the best bet, even with a restraining order he can still call you even if he knows he will get into trouble

Take the tapes to the police. Don't go into a whole bunch of personal stuff or anything; just tell them that you don't want this guy calling you any more, that it scares you.

The simple answer, take your phone off the hook.
The ultimate answer, hire somebody to cut out his tongue.
