Instead of popsicles I make a big batch of crystle light (pink lemonaid, or rasberry ice) and freeze it with the tupperware popsicle makers you can have.
Or Sugar-free pudding or jello. For jello instead of using water use 7up and it adds a little extra fizz to the jello, top it off with some lite cool whip, yummy!!
Chopped fruit with sliced cheese is great together, I like to buy the smoked cheddar cheese and eat it with apples and bananas, kiwi... pretty much everything, great combo!
Mixed nuts, jerky, smoothies (using fruits, juice and ice)... tons of ideas!
I have a whole bunch of other recipe's for things on one of my sites if your interested in checking it out

Good luck to you!!

I am trying to watch what I eat also and make healthier choices! I know someone already said this, but Sugar Free Jello. You could even have a whole grain wrap with some salsa and chicken or sandwich meat. Wheat thins, Nuts, dry cereal. You might try looking online at some South Beach diet snacks. I know that you aren't dieting because you are prego, but my mom was on the south beach diet and there are some snacks that are pretty good and in phase 1 they don't have the sugar. Good luck!

I make a lot of fruit salad with just seasonal fruit and walnuts. I also like mixing sugar free kool aid and sugar free jello and mixing it with the amount of boiling water it says on the package and putting them in the freezer for popsicles. Last one, is taking bananas, rolling them in lemon juice, then coconut flakes and freezing those.

well lets see here............... you could make a cherry shake
in the blender put some frozen cherries ice and vanilla soy milk some honey if you can have that... ( i would think you could its natural) and blend it all up......
or a chocolate shake........ use vanilla soymilk ice and pure cocoa powder and a little bit of splenda ( its not bad) maybe add a banana ( peel and cut a bunch of m up and freeze them so you can add them frozen and skip the ice cubes)
als i almost 99.9% sure you can buy sugar free soy ice cream at the store wich is really not that bad... and use that in the shakes.........the things we have to do huh!! im trying to eat healthy and keep craving brownies and what not....going nuts over here...aaaaargh well good luck!!

How about sugar free sponge cake with strawberries and non-dairy whipped cream (Coolwhip is surprisingly low in sugar.)? That one of my summer favorites.

I also cut down on my ice cream eating and was able to curb my cravings by eating frozen fatfree coolwhip. I bought low sugar chocolate sauce, and it was almost like a sundae. Almost. :)

I would check your non-dairy whipped cream to ensure that if it uses an artificial sweetener, it's on the approved list.

Something different - as a vegatarian, I love to get a few bags of almonds at the supermarket - 2 servings of 170 calories each. Lot's of protein & fat's not too bad in individual servings.

You could top your favorite kind of cracker with shaved turkey or ham.

Or try fruit smoothies without dairy - just the fruits and their juices.
