No, only 12 men have been to the moon so far and they were just astronauts. However NASA is planning to build a moon base in 10 years with the the launch of the Orion spacecraft.

Scientology is thankfully not taught in schools, at least not any public schools that I know of.
I have no idea if any Scientologists have been to the moon.

Scientology is not a science, it is a cult religion.
I doubt that 'scientologists' would become astronauts, so they haven't been to the moon.
And they don't teach scientology is school for the same reason they don't teach astrology or numerology or palm reading - its not a science.
