How long would it take to send a 39 cent stamp from Cleveland Ohio to Charlottesville Virginia? Please help! Thanks!

I did not put a return on it so will it be sent? Please help there was money in there!

A very long time. Postage is now $0.41 for a letter.

Postage changed, remember? It's now 41 cents... So if you're sending a 39 cent thing it'll come back to you first.
As for how long, sorry I haven't the foggiest. Less than a week?

you are an idiot, they might send it and charge the reciever the extra 2 cents, but it also might go in a dead letter file and be destroyed, never put cash in anything, always use the proper stamp, wise up kid.
