I have a Kodak Easyshare C643 and a 256mb SD card witch works on the Camera and the Wii.

Yes it can take SD cards, just like the ones used in a digital camera. In fact, you can pop the SD card outta your digital camera and put it in the Wii. The coolest part is that you can view your pictures from your digital camera right on the Wii when you put the SD card in the Wii.
