I bought scrapbooking stuff, and I assumed it was to rub on quotes. I tried rubbing it, and scratching, and everything. So it's definitely NOT what I thought it was.

vellum is the type paper , that is translucent, you simply cut them out, and then use brads or vellum glue to stick them on your paper anywhere you want. you really killed that one didnt you. lol

No, they don't rub on. You can reduce the exclusive ones out and use them or use the entire sheet if you happen to like. Be cautious with adhesive since it does exhibit by way of. Try including them with eyelets or only a small quantity of adhesive. You too can upload whatever above the piece you employ to masks the adhesive.

you cut them or tear them out and attach to your page with brads or similar. Don't glue them or stick them because you will see the adhesive through the vellum (unless you can hide the adhesive under some embellishment.

As the other answerer stated, you cut them out to apply. You can attach them with spray adhesive, which will not show. Make sure you get the spray glue that is archival safe, so it doesn't do any damage.
