Yes, every chance he gets!
He laughs out loud to himself, always has a toothpick in his mouth--just in case, murmurs to himself and in general, always has to make a scene. Whenever we go somewhere, i.e. the grocery store, he knows the cashier is trying to short change him. Of which he has to spend 15 min. calling her out about something he/she didn't do.
My Uncle Bob is "great"!
