Any one know the name of the red head from the classic looney toons..she wore fishnets..She is on the cover of the new classic cd box set that came out..I thought her name was just red but when i do a search for her nothing comes up..Please help me!

Thanks for all your answers!! That is who I wanted Red Hot Riding Hood..I am geting her tattooed on me and just wanted some more refrence..I guess she didnt have fish nets on her then but she does now on my tattoo :)..Thanks again

It was DEFINITELY Tex Avery's girl who inspired Jessica Rabbit! Red came out in the 1940's, and Rabbit came out in '88.

I don't know if she ever DID have any real sort of name, but she appeared in several cartoons, most notably, Droopy Dog's. The Big, Bad Wolf would fall for her in several toons, and Droopy rescued her a few times.

Was it Tex Avery's Red Hot Riding Hood? Or is it Jessica Rabbit? One inspired the other.

I don't seem to recall any fishnets, but I think you are referring to Red Hot Ridding Hood.
