if you add more air to a tire, the pressure will go up, and the temperature will too. So if the sample is doubled, then the pressure and the temperature will go up, if the volume is held constant.

Remember----> PV=nRT, so if one thing changes, other things have to change too.

If you double the mass, you double the moles, and you double the number of molecules, so you double the pressure. It has no effect on the temperature.
