unfortunately, no. while you might think the World Bank has lots of money, it is actually more like the "world loan center" and it only gives money to governments for stuff like roads, bridges, power plants, etc (also known as infrastructure)

The World Bank is not going to send you any money. (I don't think the World Bank actually has any money, they just shuffle other people's money around)
