I like the names. Since the girl's middle names have special meaning to you, maybe you could consider combining them into Larissa Nicole or Nicole Larissa. I think the first sounds better though. If you do use the name Chelsea, I think it sounds better with Nicole as the middle name.
The boy's name is fine as it is. Its nice and strong, very respectable.

Both Kyra and Chelsea are weird names. Larissa is weirder.
Jason Christopher seems fine. Neither embarrassing nor odd for the named person to live with.
The whole -issa ending on girls names seems like a bit of a fad that will blow over.
Girls names ending in a.. Lisa, Theresa. I prefer to see a good hard consonant or two to give a name structure.

I like Kyra Nicole. Larissa is pretty, but I am not sure about Chelsea...but I can't think of a different name to go with Larissa right now. Jason Christopher?...hmmm....Jason I like, but I am not too sure if Christopher would go good with it. Well, I think it is ok. Just remember to write down the initials (including last name(s)) to make sure their initials don't accidentally spell something you don't want them too.
