Guppie fry?

Is there a way i can do somthing or somthing to make guppies have more fry.,. like larger numbers? And is it 50/50 male and female you get?

There is nothing you can do to make your guppies have more fry per batch. One thing that does seem to matter is the sie of the female, usually larger females have more fry.

There are several theories about the ratio of males to females in guppies and some have been proven while others have not. Such as guppy strains from areas that have lots of predators that eat baby fish have more females. Guppys from areas that have more predators that eat adult fish usually have more males. There is the fact that when guppies are crowded together there are more males. Those three have been proven.

That is a theory that the higher the temperature the more males an the theory that the harder the water the more females, but neither of those have been scientifically proven that I am aware of. There are many other theories, but I wouldn't even try to influence the numbers. Let them have what they will have, when they will have them.

The number is just how Many eggs make it. and the male female part on which is which that depends on genetics.Only have one male while matingbecause the female will becime stressed and stop if there are to many males coming after her

1male to 2-3 females

well, u can put alot of males with one femal and u may have more fry. u can also try using just a few females with alot of males. make sure that when u get a pregnant one you be sure to put it in a breeding box that are sold at pet stores!!
