Dislocating my wrist or whatever. I was racing someone backwards and I tripped and put my hand out to save myself. My palm hit the ground and my arm kept going further towards the ground. God it hurts just remembering that...o god...
Ah well I also ran into a pole at full speed and split my forehead open...but that actually didn't hurt as bad.
