1.Paros is a beautiful, typical island of the Cyclades, with excellent sea. It is on the same ferry line as Santorini, so you can combine them easily. Don't forget to visit the Early Christian Basilica of Katapoliani and the picturesque Naoussa.
2.Naxos is also on the same ferry line, it has the greatest beaches, and it has interesting monuments. It is not so much developped in terms of touristic infrastructure.
3. Myconos is the most romantic, picturesque and cosmopolitan island. It is connected to Santorini a few times per week. However, it is quite crowded and some places are very touristic and loud with music etc. But if you avoid them, Myconos is wonderful. Don't forget to visit the ancient sacred island of Delos nearby, on a day trip, it is one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece.
4. Siphnos and Milos are nice picturesque islands, on a different ferry line from Santorini though. Milos has great beaches.
Don't stay in the port in either of these islands.
5. A very good choice is Andros and/or Syros. Aristocratic, near Athens by highspeed boat, very good beaches in Andros, and an interesting contemporary art museum. Syros has a neoclassical town where you can find some hotels that will make your honeymoon unforgetable, like Syrou Melathron or Archontiko Vourli. I stayed on the last one on my honeymoon. Wow! If you want to stay near the beach, I would recommend Dolphin bay at Galissas, the best beach of Syros. Email me if you need info and telephone numbers.
6. Rhodos is wonderful too, but it is quite far, if you decide to go there, it is better to do it by plane from Athens.

Dear Orzhof,
To begin with: When in Athens you MUST dine at "Pil Poul" restaurant at night with view to the Acropolis and the Parthenon (!!!). Then during the day do also take the tram and go south towards Glyfada. You may want to dine at "Ithaki" restaurant (during the sunset). Use a lonely planet guide for the rest.
For the islands: There are about 60-70 islands that bare touristic and every person will tell you to pick this or that one. The truth is that each has each own charm. Santorini is definitely a safe choice because of the view. Once there you may also wanna go to Myconos (for the night life and the ambience) and Naxos (less touristic than Myconos and preferable by others) or any other island in the Cyclades (Paros, Ios, Sifnos e.t.c). All are "white-washed and soaked into the blue" little magnificent islands.
Rhodes is far from the cycladic complex of islands but a must see destination too. It belongs to the dodecannese (means 12) and there are 11 more islands to see around (Patmos is an excellent choice for its history).
Ionian islands (Corfu and the rest) are greener and far away from the other two complexes.
final:
I suggest to stay 3 days in Athens (plan there your night outs carefully as there are gorgeous places to dine and to chill out)
Then divide your stay in the islands between Myconos and Santorini (selected because they are close to each other, both famous, both match your case).
Have a nice honeymoon and welcome to Greece!

Thassos and Rhodes are great and lovely!
For Thassos, I've found a great site with tons of information about it. In the case of Rhodes, I know it is stunningly beautiful, but still for more you can wait for Leonarda to answer you. She's from Rhodes.
You can check for more information in the following sites:
