There's no one answer to this question, as each campus is accredited (or not) independently. You'll definitely want to check with the university you want to transfer to regarding the transferability of ITT courses in general and the specific courses you were planning to take before investing any money in them.

If you were planning on going to ITT solely with the intent of transferring, you probably should look into a local community or junior college as well. They often have transfer agreements with in-state universities.

Are you referring to ITT in Illinois? If so, then you are in luck because I believe Illinois state schools DO take transfers from there. I myself transferred to urbana-champaign and it was easy as pie. here is the website UIUC is using these days to answer specific questions. It also works for many other schools so check it out: http://www.transfer.org/

Did they make you sign something that they wond when you enrolled?

If you did then you cant but if they did not then you can.

It also depends on the university you want to go to.

I go to IADT and i plan on transfering to University of Washington, not sure though.
