its been happening for a couple of years now.

Well, it might be a result of allergies.

Well, I would say it is allergies. There was something on Oprah that Dr. Oz recommended for those with bad allergies to help with their noses you might give a try... it is called the mini pot . You insert slightly into one side of your nose and you rinse your sinuses out. I would speak to your pharmacist or doctor about this for sure, but they was saying on there that it really worked. hmmm that's about every 2 hours if you sleep for 8 hours. it doesn't sound too terribly awful, but you are the one who has to live with it! if it bothers you, get it checked out!
