At Chick-Fil-A I always get my order without mistakes and with a smile, but when I go to other places, usually all i get is a "Whatchu want" "Huh" and them playing around in the back.

Chik-Fil-A is owned by Christians and probably many of the workers are Christian too.

I can't say that I get each order perfect but as a family we go out of our way to get there on Saturday as they are closed Sunday in respect of it's employees families
Treat Employees human and the kindness is reflected with their customers

Good question....
I think its because they thrive on being wholesome and stuff, like their food is better quality, even the oil they cook their food in is different so I think they are stricter and careful with their employees to ensure that their customers are well-served. Like the employees always seem well disciplined.....
I guess being off every sunday helps too.

They go through a thorough interview process ( when compared with other Fast Food places.) They make sure that their employees are "above standards." Their founders are big believers in being family friendly (I think they are LDS church.)
I really like it - the food is great!

Because my friend sarah works there.
And the owners are Christians.
And they accually hire people because of their nice, christian attidudes.
