some of the guppies are pure fancy guppies, but most of them are mixed with the feeder kind. Even so, they still have pretty colors like a fancy, only they're a bit more gray and smaller.

Quick, sell it to the first poster :)

In my area the fish would add almost nothing to the value of the tank, no matter what fish they were unless you were talking about discus or something like that.

A 20 gallon tank with light, hood, filter and all the other stuff should get you about $40-50 used. I would go for $50-60 with the guppies.

notably colourful, this would properly be a sort of issues human beings are going to say no do not do it, good success is all I could say, i've got observed shops that sell those a million cent goldfish in 50 gallon tanks and there are various them and that i will tell why. there is too plenty waste and its over crowded, being to over crowded some might could stay on the backside and that they could be a great deal effected with the aid of the waste and ineffective epidermis that falls to the backside. Your mom could of had the small mini guppies that a hundred certainly could slot interior the 8 gallon tank, yet bear in mind meaning like a week you're able to bathe the tank and examine particularly good to be sure there is not any ineffective fish plus think of of the fee for fish nutrition its not low fee. in case you quite want fairly some fish get larger tanks.

I would sell the guppies for about 25cents to 75cents. If you sell them all you make $25 to $75 or more just from the guppies and then sell the tank seperate for $25 to $35 but if it has the light, hood, etc.. sell it for $45 to $65.

Sell them on Craigslist.com or bring some back to pet stores, they well give you money.

If you want to sell the guppies and tank altogether, sell it for $55 to $155.

20 gallon tank new is about $100 with hood, filter, light, heater, etc.
Common guppies an easily be found for 10-15¢ each.
I'd say if someone offered $50, take the money and RUN!

Freshwater tanks go avg. $2 per gallon of tank used, and guppies size couldn't be much there so I'd say about 70 to 80 bucks unless there are neat ceramic items in tank or something. Also an above ground filter ads on about 15 or 20 bucks sometimes, depending on the brand.

Guppies are cheap and they multiply. If the tank is a full set up with filters and all you could get about $75 for it.

The whole thing is sunk cost you will be lucky to find some one who wants the head ache. Give it away or take the tank to Goodwill and get a tax receipt at least you will feel like you got something.
